Join our Sales Enablement team as an SMB Manager, where you will empower our revenue teams to drive sales effectiveness and accelerate growth. This exciting individual contributor role focuses on managing and executing enablement programs specifically for our Small and Medium-sized Business sales teams, working remotely across the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute comprehensive enablement programs tailored for SMB sales teams.
- Collaborate effectively with sales leadership, marketing, product, and other key stakeholders.
- Deliver measurable improvements in sales productivity and overall performance.
- Drive sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth through impactful training, tools, and strategic enablement.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field, ideally within an SMB context.
- Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and execute successful enablement programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

The Sales Enablement team empowers our revenue teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to acquire new customers, expand relationships, and retain our customer base. Our mission is to drive sales effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth by delivering impactful training, tools, and enablement strategies while fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement, and is fully remote within the United States or Canada.
