Sales Engineer

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Engineer, where you'll be instrumental in driving business expansion by aligning client growth objectives with our innovative learning platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top learning and development organizations to understand and align their growth objectives with 360Learning capabilities.
• Become an internal expert on our technology, developing a deep understanding of customer usage and value realization.
• Bridge the gap between strategic product development and market needs.
• Support sales teams by understanding customer requirements and providing technical sales support.
• Plan and configure products to meet presentation and demonstration needs.
• Construct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to advance deals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consulting, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Proven consultative selling background.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems (e.g., SSO, CRM, ERP, HRIS).
• Demonstrated ability to showcase technical expertise to high-level stakeholders (CTO, CISO).
• Experience leading technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent French and B2 level or equivalent in English.
