About the Role

Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage the end-to-end sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Administer and maintain our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and maximizing its utility for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into sales performance and trends.
- Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage sales tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the sales organization.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement sales compensation plans and incentive programs.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and data utilization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role.
- Proven expertise with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including administration and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with sales enablement platforms or other sales-specific technologies.
- Project management experience, particularly in implementing new sales processes or tools.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL or business intelligence tools.
