Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure strategic alignment and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Assist in sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
