Salesforce Admin/Release Engineer

About the Role

Join our team as a Salesforce Release Engineer/Admin, where you will be the critical link between innovative development and flawless platform operations. This exciting role blends strategic Salesforce administration with technical release management to ensure our CRM systems run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Salesforce release cycles, including planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Administer and configure Salesforce CRM, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce platform operations.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance within the Salesforce environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Release Engineer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce release management tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, APAC-based team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certifications.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript) for automation.
• Knowledge of other CRM systems or related business applications.
