About the Role

Join our Revenue Operations team as a Salesforce Developer in a remote role (US/Canada), where you will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and cross-system integration, making a significant impact on our Sales, Finance, and Marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud.
• Lead custom development efforts using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with connected Revenue Operations systems, including CPQ, ERP, and marketing automation tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and technical partners to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure solutions improve business processes, enhance user experience, and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce API integrations.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment within the United States or Canada.
