School Sales Representative

About the Role

As a School Sales Representative, you will be the face of our mission in the market, building impactful relationships with school decision-makers to bring engaging learning content into classrooms nationwide. This fully remote role offers the exciting opportunity to drive student outcomes while managing the full sales lifecycle within your own territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by managing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing new business.
• Achieve revenue targets while collaborating with a cross-functional team to scale our national sales organization.
• Stay current on K-12 education landscapes, funding, and state initiatives to inform effective sales strategies.
• Utilize pipeline management and forecasting tools to drive consistent growth and adoption of our products.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience hitting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in navigating multiple stakeholders to engineer effective customer solutions.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, transactional sales approach and build a robust book of business.
• Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency and productivity in daily sales operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Haves

• Previous experience in K-12 EdTech sales.
• A background in education, such as former teaching experience, or a strong grasp of classroom pedagogy.
