About the Role
This exciting Senior Account Executive, Strategic role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with our most important clients, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and exceptional service. You will be instrumental in understanding client needs and developing solutions that ensure their long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with strategic clients, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for their needs within the company.
- Strategic Business Planning: Develop a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements to create and execute strategic plans that increase revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record in strategic sales or account management, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex client business needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in Canada or the United States, with a preference for East or Central time zones.
