Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

Join our team to build the next generation of AI agent infrastructure and automation platforms that empower our Marketing Operations. This is a high-autonomy role where you will design and ship production-grade multi-agent systems to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy end-to-end multi-agent AI systems using orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices that connect LLMs to critical business data platforms such as BigQuery and CRMs.
• Implement robust observability, feedback loops, and governance standards for AI workflows, including PII handling and human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage automation opportunities and deliver scalable, self-service solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in backend development and systems integration.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications to production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with a focus on testing, CI/CD, and code quality.
• Deep understanding of RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run and BigQuery.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Temporal, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and observability tools like LangSmith or Weights & Biases.
• Experience building user-facing interfaces using React or Slack Block Kit.
