About the Role

Join our next-generation Security Platform Management team as a Senior Backend Engineer. You will be instrumental in architecting and building enterprise security solutions from the ground up, focusing on critical greenfield projects in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust backend systems for enterprise security solutions.
• Lead the implementation of critical greenfield projects within the Security Platform Management domain.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical specifications and deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of platform components.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with a strong track record of shipping production-ready code.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails (RoR) development.
• Proven ability to architect complex backend systems and lead technical initiatives.
• Solid understanding of security principles and experience building secure applications.
• Experience working effectively in a remote-first team environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
