Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic evolution and scaling of Vercel's visual identity.
• Own the brand's presence across diverse mediums, including web, social, motion, print, events, and merchandise.
• Develop and apply design systems to ensure brand consistency and efficiency.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, impactful visual solutions.
• Experiment with and integrate AI into the design workflow for prototyping, automation, and creative exploration.
• Deliver high-quality, polished design work with speed and precision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brand Designer, ideally in a senior capacity, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand work.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining comprehensive visual identities and design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work across a wide range of design disciplines (web, social, motion, print, events).
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for craft.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-bar creative environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools within the design process.
