About the Role
Join our Sales team as a Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by uncovering customer needs, sparking interest in Docker solutions, and creating qualified opportunities. You will deliver an exceptional first impression and fuel team success in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize effective prospecting strategies to engage existing Docker users who show potential for commercial license acquisition.
- Identify and understand the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
- Assess prospect interest in Docker's offerings.
- Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives with qualified prospects.
- Achieve target metrics for qualified prospects and new opportunities.
- Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluent and proficient in the German language is essential.
- Proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding and application of prospecting strategies and lead qualification methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, full-time capacity.
- Must be located in Germany or Ireland.
