Responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise and solutions that empower technology partners, agencies, and advertisers to seamlessly integrate with Reddit’s advertising platform.
• Drive cutting-edge AdTech integrations and launch strategic partnership programs.
• Scale Reddit’s developer ecosystem by providing deep technical consulting and hands-on engineering support.
• Guide strategic integrations, often contributing directly to implementation across Reddit’s stack or in partner codebases.
• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with Reddit’s most important advertising partners.
• Execute on the long-term strategy for developing a robust developer ecosystem.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, sales, and business development teams to align Reddit’s capabilities with evolving market needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Senior Business Engineer or similar role, combining deep technical consulting with hands-on engineering.
• Strong understanding of AdTech platforms, API products, and platform integrations.
• Ability to act as a key technical advisor and manage strategic partner relationships effectively.
• Experience contributing to technical implementations across various technology stacks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement
