Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to help us scale AI across Webflow by owning our enterprise AI tool stack and building the frameworks that enable every team to work smarter with AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration, governance, and user support for our enterprise AI tool stack, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and n8n.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex business problems into clear, shippable AI agent specifications.
• Build and maintain reusable patterns and frameworks to scale AI adoption across the organization.
• Lead company-wide enablement initiatives, including documentation, workshops, and champion programs to drive tool adoption.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, Security, Finance, and business units regarding AI tooling, licensing, and governance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or in a similar role within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise generative AI tools, including user provisioning, usage monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Proven ability to translate requirements from diverse stakeholders into actionable technical specifications.
• Experience designing and running enablement programs that drive measurable tool adoption.
