Senior Commercial Account Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our growth team and help expand our footprint within the West region. You will play a pivotal role in our success by utilizing a consultative sales approach to help customers solve complex observability challenges.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through both inbound and outbound efforts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasting within Salesforce.
• Articulate the unique value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Enterprise solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong virtual and in-person relationships.
• Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and processes using Salesforce.
• Adaptable mindset with experience working in high-velocity technology companies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with open-source software ecosystems.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDPICC.
