About the Role

Join Reddit's International Community team as a Senior Community Manager, playing a pivotal role in expanding Reddit's global presence by fostering vibrant local communities. Responsibilities

• Jumpstart and foster local communities, with a specific focus on the Australian market.
• Build strong relationships and bridges with local volunteer moderators.
• Innovate, iterate, refine, and scale our international consumer playbook.
• Derive actionable insights from community relationships and experiments to accelerate growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to develop and implement community growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in strategic community management and operations.
• Deep understanding and expert knowledge of the Australia market.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, iterate, and scale community playbooks.
