Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver guidance and advisory services to People team and business partners on compensation matters to ensure a balanced approach of market competitiveness to drive attraction and retention of talent while facilitating internal equity across the organization
• Perform regular compensation benchmarking; participate in salary surveys, analyze market and peer group data trends and evaluate impact; review and age structures annually
• Support internal and external compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
• Train and enable People Team on compensation philosophy, strategy, and processes; maintain internal compensation toolkit
• Drive annual compensation review and equity planning processes including analysis, systems/tools configuration and testing, training, reporting and calibration. Partner with our People Team to ensure salary, variable and equity communications are delivered with maximum impact
• Configure and maintain Workday Advanced Compensation module. Ensure HCM module is regularly updated to reflect changes to structures, programs, packages, and profiles. Support annual compensation review and promotion processes. Assist with Workday time tracking module implementation
• Provide analytical support and data analysis, preparing ad-hoc and regular reports leveraging your expertise with advanced spreadsheet functions
• Conduct strategic analysis of workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations, including researching best practices
• Ensure compliance with all applicable and emerging global compensation regulations, including global pay transparency, pay equity, and FLSA while leveraging compensation software where appropriate
• Participate in special projects and collaborate cross-functionally, including compensation support for establishing new countries/regions

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a global compensation role with experience in broad-based, sales team, and executive compensation programs, and preparing compensation committee materials
• Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects and tasks
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on attention to detail whilst delivering against tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing) and ability to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually
• Highly approachable with a customer service approach, ensuring everyone views you as a “go to” person
• Detail-oriented and happy to own administrative tasks through to completion

Nice-to-Haves

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
• Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation
• Experience working remotely and/or internationally, coordinating with global peers and team members
