Responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-performing conversion-focused copy for landing pages, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to continuously optimize copy for maximum impact and improved conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and align messaging with overall business objectives.
• Research target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies to inform and refine copywriting approaches.
• Maintain a deep understanding of user psychology and persuasive techniques to craft compelling calls to action.
• Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to best practices for conversion-focused content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Conversion Copywriter or in a similar role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful conversion rate optimization.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a clear, concise style.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing funnels, user journeys, and persuasive copywriting principles.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven content optimization.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable copy.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with conversion copywriting.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
