Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations

About the Role

Wrike is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal for Legal Operations to join our legal team and support the General Counsel. This role is ideal for a professional who can manage operational infrastructure and processes to ensure the legal team is "deal-ready".

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive support to the General Counsel on high-priority projects and corporate matters.
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of the department’s legal technology stack (CLM, e-billing, entity management).
• Manage the global lifecycle of the company and its affiliates, including formations, registrations, and maintaining good standing.
• Oversee corporate governance documentation, including minute books, resolutions, and organizational charts.
• Drive internal workflow optimizations to streamline collaboration between Legal and other business functions.
• Act as the primary liaison for outside counsel and legal vendors, managing billing, invoices, and budget tracking.
• Maintain an organized document environment for corporate documentation.

Requirements

• Active ABA-approved Paralegal Certification is strictly required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in an in-house legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Deep understanding of corporate formalities and the operational needs of a private company legal department.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and implementing legal technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly and operate with discretion in a leadership-facing environment.
