Senior Creator Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Join our Brand team as a Senior Creator Partnerships Manager to shape Circle's story by bringing world-class partner campaigns to life. You'll develop and nurture relationships with creators, manage campaign logistics, and execute bold ideas to grow our brand through powerful partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Research, source, and evaluate potential partners including creators, thought leaders, brands, and communities.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute partnership campaigns from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, and communications.
• Support high-visibility brand collaborations with co-founders and the Head of Brand Partnerships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners for continued collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content, community) to integrate partnerships into brand strategy.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, campaign management, or brand collaborations.
• Proven track record of driving results with brand and/or creator partnerships.
• Natural relationship builder with the ability to forge genuine, lasting connections.
• Strong creative judgment and an eye for impactful campaign execution and storytelling.
• Deep curiosity about the creator economy, online business, and the power of communities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and takes ownership of initiatives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.

• Direct experience working with creators, influencers, or brand partners in the tech (B2B SaaS or consumer tech) or creator space.
