About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where you'll be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and driving long-term success for our valued customers in Sweden and across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key enterprise clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our platform.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and expansion by demonstrating value and addressing challenges effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews to showcase progress, share best practices, and strategize future initiatives with clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, to effectively serve our clients in the region.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Based in Sweden.

- Experience with global or EMEA-focused client portfolios.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- A passion for technology and a desire to help businesses succeed through innovative solutions.
