Senior Customer Success Manager, Payroll | APAC

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager focused on Payroll in the APAC region, you will be the primary face and voice for our high-value strategic clients, building durable relationships and driving long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and acting as a crucial internal advocate for client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-value strategic VIP accounts with a focus on complex Payroll needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to ensure long-term client success.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges within accounts.
• Project manage internal stakeholders cross-functionally to address customer issues promptly and optimize sentiment.
• Build and nurture strong, genuine relationships with key client contacts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of high-value strategic client accounts.
• Significant exposure to and experience navigating complex payroll challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients.
• Experience acting as an internal advocate for client needs, influencing product and capability development.
• Strong generalist skills, including comfort diving into data for insights and confident cross-functional project management.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and high-performance team environment.
