Responsibilities

• Empathize deeply with every aspect of the customer experience, putting their needs first.
• Guide and coach customer executives, managers, and employees through a dedicated customer success process.
• Help shape early-stage qualification activities.
• Set up customers for success by providing a top-notch onboarding experience.
• Develop deep, ongoing customer relationships to maximize learner engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven track record of providing highly-professional customer service to executives and managers at Fortune 1,000 companies.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

• This is a remote-based position.
• Only qualified candidates currently residing in Germany will be considered.
