Responsibilities
- Manage a select portfolio of high-value strategic mid-market accounts.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies focused on long-term success and revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.
- Deeply understand clients' business objectives, hiring plans, and desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges for accounts.
- Coordinate and manage internal resources to address customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Serve as an internal advocate for clients, championing product improvements and new capabilities.
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with mid-market clients.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans.
