Become the key point of contact and trusted advisor for Deel's high-value mid-market clients across EMEA, building strong relationships to drive long-term success and growth. This dynamic role puts you at the forefront of client engagement, advocating for their needs internally while ensuring they maximize their partnership with Deel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a select portfolio of high-value strategic mid-market accounts.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies focused on long-term success and revenue growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations.
• Deeply understand clients' business objectives, hiring plans, and desired outcomes.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges for accounts.
• Coordinate and manage internal resources to address customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Serve as an internal advocate for clients, championing product improvements and new capabilities.

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with mid-market clients.
• Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans.
