Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager specializing in PEO, you will be a pivotal partner for our key clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they derive from our global HR and payroll solutions. This exciting remote role offers the chance to drive significant impact by fostering strong relationships and contributing directly to client retention and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-value PEO clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans, ensuring clients achieve their business objectives using our platform.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities for expansion or deeper engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to showcase value, discuss performance, and align on future strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive product adoption and educate clients on new features and best practices within the global HR and payroll landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience working with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) or complex HR/Payroll solutions.
- Strong understanding of global HR, payroll, and compliance challenges.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and drive positive outcomes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
