Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey with our global HR and payroll platform.
• Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve customer business objectives and maximize value.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of global HR, payroll, or compliance solutions is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and drive successful outcomes.
• Fluent in English, with additional fluency in a major European language (e.g., Spanish, French, Italian, German) a significant plus.
• Ability to work remotely across EMEA time zones (Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Portugal, Ireland).
