Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for a portfolio of high-value strategic clients, ensuring long-term success and growth.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations, deeply understanding their business needs, hiring plans, and desired outcomes.
- Proactively identify potential risks to customer satisfaction and engagement, then rally internal stakeholders to address issues promptly to optimize client sentiment.
- Serve as an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate their business expansion with Deel.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on operational and product-related issues, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Dive into data to extract insights and confidently manage cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Customer Success or Account Management role, focusing on strategic, high-value accounts.
- A passionate business builder with a strong drive to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver tangible impact.
- Ability to act as a talented generalist, comfortable with data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
