About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, dedicated to empowering clients in the AMER region to maximize value from our global HR and payroll platform. This remote role is crucial for building strong customer relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure successful adoption and utilization of our platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and best practices to help customers achieve their goals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams on expansion initiatives.
• Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present insights on product usage and value realization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of global HR, payroll, or compliance processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer outcomes, retention, and advocacy.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Located in the USA.

• Familiarity with the Deel platform or similar HRIS/payroll solutions.
