Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages designed to drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers to create high-quality experiences.
• Balance business objectives, customer needs, insights, and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes.
• Take concepts from research and exploration through prototyping to production.
• Actively participate in design reviews, seeking and providing meaningful and supportive feedback.
• Take full accountability for your work, exercising consideration for every detail.
• Contribute to the definition and expansion of new and existing design systems.
• Utilize data to drive brand strategy and product growth, analyzing and interpreting data to create compelling concepts and presentations.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing your commitment to design quality, standards, and optimization for the web.
• Keen technical design insight with a deep understanding of how design integrates with code.
• Familiarity and comfort with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and implementing animations to bring designs to life.
