About the Role

Join Webflow's Developer Productivity Pillar as a Senior DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop. In this pivotal remote-first role, you will directly shape how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value, with a key focus on drastically reducing engineering cycle time. This full-time, permanent position is open to candidates in the United States, British Columbia (BC), and Ontario (ON), Canada.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust systems that enhance the developer experience and efficiency.
• Optimize and streamline the build, test, and delivery pipelines for Webflow engineers.
• Drive initiatives to significantly reduce engineering cycle time, aiming for a 50% or more improvement.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of developer tooling and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on developer productivity.
• Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience with performance optimization and system reliability.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment.
