We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director to lead our global Sales Engineering team, driving our go-to-market strategy and ensuring exceptional technical pre-sales support for our customers across the United States and Canada. This is a full-time opportunity to build and scale a high-performing team that directly impacts revenue growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of Sales Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute the global Sales Engineering go-to-market strategy, aligning with overall sales and business objectives.
- Partner closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless pre-sales processes and effective product demonstrations.
- Drive technical pre-sales support for complex enterprise deals, ensuring our solutions address customer challenges and deliver clear value.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Sales Engineering team, optimizing for efficiency and impact.
- Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, technical presentations, and solution architectures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global or large regional teams.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing Sales Engineering organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles, go-to-market strategies, and customer success principles.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex solutions and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic SaaS environment.
- Ability to travel as required to support global teams and customer engagements.

- Experience in the cybersecurity, identity management, or password management space.
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies and CRM systems.
