Senior Director, Product Security Technology

About the Role

This role seeks an experienced security leader to significantly grow and mature our Product Security function. You will be instrumental in shaping the digital safety of millions by leading critical security programs and fostering innovation in a remote, full-time capacity across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mature the Application Security program, including Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Management, and secure SDLC.
• Oversee Data and Device Security to ensure the delivery of secure solutions that meet customer needs.
• Build and lead a new Security Research team.
• Define and execute the strategy for product security, building and scaling programs to reduce risk while enabling innovation.
• Partner with engineering, product, and security leadership to align security initiatives with business goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of highly skilled security professionals.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CISO and serve as a thought leader within and outside the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security leader, specifically in growing and maturing product security functions.
• Expertise in Application Security, including Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Management, and secure SDLC programs.
• Strong background in Data and Device Security.
• Experience in building and leading high-performing security teams.
• Ability to set strategic direction, build scalable programs, and drive risk reduction.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner with cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated thought leadership in the security domain.
• Ability to work remotely in the United States or Canada.
