Senior Director, Strategic Alliances & Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic leader to build and scale partnership-driven revenue channels, turning alliances into a predictable source of enterprise pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy by collaborating with AI platforms, marketing services firms, and key technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow partnership-driven pipeline and revenue across strategic alliances, referrals, and partner channels.
• Build and scale key platform partnerships, establishing the company as a preferred enterprise partner.
• Design and launch a scalable customer referral program to generate qualified enterprise leads.
• Structure and close partnership agreements that align with commercial and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and AI teams to ensure successful execution of partner engagements and co-sell models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnership-driven revenue channels.
• Strong experience structuring and closing enterprise-level partnership agreements.
• Deep understanding of enterprise go-to-market and channel strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
