Senior Enablement Manager, Solutions & Customer Success

About the Role

Join Webflow as a Senior Enablement Manager to design and deliver world-class enablement programs for our technical customer-facing teams, empowering them to drive exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver role-specific onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers.
• Blend various learning modalities including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-paced learning, hands-on labs, and in-person sessions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, RevOps, and CS leadership to ensure enablement content is accurate, current, and aligned with roadmap and GTM priorities.
• Define clear ramp milestones, certifications, and readiness criteria for technical and post-sales roles.
• Equip managers with coaching frameworks, playbooks, and skill assessment tools for continuous development.
• Establish feedback loops to identify skill gaps and performance trends.
• Own and maintain a high-quality library of enablement content, leveraging LMS and enablement platforms.
• Track proficiency, ramp progress, and performance impact, iterating based on data and feedback.
• Lead live training sessions with confidence, clarity, and credibility, fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and delivering enablement programs for technical or customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management).
• Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, solution positioning, technical storytelling, and value articulation.
• Experience in developing and facilitating blended learning programs (VILT, self-paced, in-person).
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other enablement platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

• Fluency in AI concepts and their application in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in the SaaS industry, specifically with Digital Experience Platforms or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with solution discovery, architecture, and implementation conversations.
• Experience in driving cross-functional alignment and contributing to shared enablement frameworks.
