Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and lead the expansion of Grafana usage across our existing customer base in Asia. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where you will help organizations solve complex observability challenges while growing our footprint in the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new opportunities to expand Grafana Cloud and Enterprise usage within current accounts.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and contract negotiations.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through a consultative, value-based approach.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast management within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success after closing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or cloud technology sales with a proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Strong expertise in consultative selling and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline and account management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value to diverse stakeholders.
• Must be located in Singapore with full work authorization.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with open-source software and observability ecosystems.
• Experience with structured sales methodologies like Command of the Message or MEDD(P)ICC.
• A technical background or prior experience selling highly technical infrastructure products.
