Senior Federal Partner Business Development Manager

Join Chainguard as a Senior Federal Partner Business Development Manager to strategically develop and lead system integrator partnerships, significantly expanding our presence and driving adoption across the Federal market. You will be instrumental in securing the software supply chain for high-security environments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed partner-sourced pipeline and revenue goals by actively managing a portfolio of assigned partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and successful customer outcomes.
- Enable partners through comprehensive training, marketing resources, and ongoing support to integrate Chainguard products into their solutions and RFP responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to jointly develop customer opportunities from qualification to closure.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
- Accurately forecast in CRM tools like SFDC to meet and exceed quota.
Requirements
- 10+ years of partner sales experience in the Public Sector.
- Strong understanding of FedRAMP requirements, Government cybersecurity initiatives, procurement trends, and compliance (e.g., NIST, SBOMs).
- Proven ability to be competitive, driven, and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
