About the Role

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust accounting workflows.
• Support and manage system migrations, including multi-currency considerations.
• Oversee and manage various financial compliance matters.
• Play a key role in supporting external financial audits.
• Strengthen and implement financial controls to support company scaling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a hands-on finance professional, ideally in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to build and optimize scalable accounting processes.
• Experience with financial system migrations, particularly involving multiple currencies.
• Strong understanding and experience with financial compliance.
• Experience supporting external financial audits and strengthening internal controls.
• Must be based in Malaysia, as this is a remote-first role for candidates within Malaysia.
