About the Role

Join our innovative Email Hub team as a Senior Front-end Software Engineer to significantly enhance Circle's new Email Workflows and Editor. In this pivotal role, you will be crucial in making Circle the premier platform for creator and brand-led communities, contributing across the entire development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all stages of the development lifecycle, from task definition to final deployment.
• Deconstruct complex epics into manageable, actionable tasks.
• Execute development, thorough testing, and code reviews (PRs).
• Deploy updates to production environments and manage gradual releases using feature flags.
• Ensure continuous improvement and maintain a high-quality codebase through proactive bug-fixing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated high level of technical proficiency in front-end software development.
• Strong understanding and practical experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver robust solutions.
• Experience with code reviews, deployment strategies, and feature flagging.
