Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal web performance.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future of Deel's frontend stack.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a strong track record of building complex applications using React.js.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
• Proficiency with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
• Solid understanding of software development best practices, including testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, globally distributed, and remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
