Senior Frontend Engineer

About the Role

Join our innovative Pro team as a Senior Frontend Engineer to architect and build the next generation of user interfaces for our advanced crypto trading platform, empowering users with seamless and powerful experiences. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located in Europe (France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, United Kingdom).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features for our high-performance trading platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern frontend technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.
• Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of the application across various devices and browsers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and component-based architecture.
• Strong grasp of web performance optimization, accessibility standards, and security best practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience working on financial trading platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, or high-volume data applications.
• Familiarity with WebSockets or other real-time data streaming technologies.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), or crypto ecosystems.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Storybook).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical blog/presence.
