Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and improve products for a diverse range of nonprofit customers.
• Create engaging, responsive interfaces and APIs to enhance user experience and drive adoption.
• Contribute high-quality, thoroughly tested code for reliable user interfaces and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product, sales, support, and content teams to improve internal tools and processes.
• Own problems end-to-end, managing complexity and engaging with stakeholders for solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner, considering business impact, reliability, and user interactions.
• Uphold high standards for product quality and mentor newer team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with startup experience being a plus.
• Generalist skillset with experience in frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to adopt new tools as needed.
• Collaborative approach, thriving in cross-functional environments.
• Methodical approach to project delivery from ideation to completion.

• Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
