Senior Fullstack Engineer - Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Actively influence the product roadmap and personal career objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver new features, iterating and improving based on results.
• Integrate and utilize AI tools within product development and workflows.
• Contribute to open-source projects, aligning with company culture.
• Mentor team members, participate in design discussions, and foster collaboration.
• Deepen understanding of Grafana's cloud product, customer needs, and distributed system codebases.

Requirements

• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Webpack, JavaScript testing frameworks, and Go (or similar programming languages).
• Experience developing and operating software in Kubernetes environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to shipping.
• Strong understanding and application of CI/CD principles for quality and rapid iteration.
• A passion for creating intuitive, customer-centric products.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, breaking down complex challenges into iterative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and incremental delivery.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building AI-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus in operational or hobbyist contexts.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Understanding of on-call responsibilities, SRE tasks, or Infrastructure as Code.
