Senior Fullstack Engineer - Product Marketing

About the Role

Join our Product Marketing team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build an innovative, AI-powered product knowledge base, revolutionizing how Grafana's product value is communicated to millions globally. • Actively influence the product roadmap and your career objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience with front-end technologies like React, TypeScript, Webpack, and JavaScript testing frameworks.
• Proficiency in back-end development with Go or similar programming languages.
• Experience building out AI-driven workflows, involving LLMs and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to shipping products, in a self-driven manner.
• Experience developing and operating software within Kubernetes environments.
• Track record of writing clean, robust, performant, and easily maintainable software.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices to ensure quality, support scalability, and enable rapid iteration.
• A motivated self-starter with a bias towards action, producing work incrementally and iterating quickly.
• Passion for creating intuitive products that effectively meet customer needs.
• Pragmatic approach to breaking down complex challenges into modular solutions, delivering MVPs, and iterating based on feedback.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, essential for a fully remote team setup.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience as a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (e.g., on-call, hobby projects).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a strong desire to learn.
• Familiarity with on-call duties, SRE tasks, or the concept of infrastructure as code.

The Product Marketing team is embedded within Grafana's R&D department, working closely with Product and Engineering teams. Our mission is to effectively communicate the value of our products to a global audience of software engineers, tackling the challenge of rapidly evolving product features and content management.
