About the Role

Join our Styles team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer to empower Webflow customers in visually designing and building powerful websites. You will be a key contributor to the performance and reliability of the visual design experience, including the style engine and interface responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and build product capabilities that enable ambitious visual development goals.
• Develop, document, and thoroughly test production-grade code that impacts all Webflow customers.
• Participate in all engineering activities, including technical design, implementation, testing, validation, releasing new capabilities, and incident response.
• Solve complex problems within a highly technical platform that empowers hundreds of thousands of people.
• Tackle technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping features and products, with a strong focus on web frameworks and products.
• Innate interest in the Web Platform, visual development, and building robust software frameworks.
• Ability to build a mental model of product and architecture by reading and debugging existing software.
• Proficiency in debugging production issues.
• Comfortable working through complex technical challenges on a collaborative, distributed team.

About the Team

The Styles team is responsible for the performance and reliability of Webflow's visual designing experience. This includes working on the core style engine, ensuring the responsiveness of the interface, and developing many new features annually.
