Senior Graphic Designer & Videographer

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Senior Graphic Designer and Videographer to join our Product Marketing team, responsible for transforming complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual stories across all buyer-facing channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive video and design projects cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop video content, slide decks, infographics, and polished marketing assets.
• Utilize found footage from long-form webinars to create easily-consumable supercuts and video content.
• Design and prototype graphics that effectively convey technical information across desktop, mobile, slides, and print formats.
• Polish existing creator output by adding intros, outros, audio engineering, captions, motion graphics, and layout refinements.
• Assist teammates by providing editing, production, and design support, and empower new creators by developing tools and templates.
• Help script and storyboard projects in collaboration with subject matter experts and content teammates.
• Create basic technical standards, design documentation, and brand alignment guidelines for Product Marketing (PMM) materials.
• Assist with shooting interviews and b-roll on-location for events and Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, and supervise external contractors as needed.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing videos, slide decks, and visual assets that clearly communicate technical concepts.
• Significant professional experience designing high-impact digital or marketing solutions for SaaS, B2B, or technical products.
• Proficiency in video editing and production, especially when working with remote talent.
• Proven ability as an effective storyteller, translating technical details and loose ideas into cohesive and compelling visual narratives.
• Strong understanding of core visual design principles, branding consistency, and layout hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills necessary for cross-departmental project management.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in graphic design, illustration, animation, or motion graphics.
• Experience producing software walkthroughs, screencasts, or explainer videos.
• Prior experience working within in-house video or brand teams.
• Formal experience or knowledge in User Experience (UX) principles.
