Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts to continuously improve campaign performance and user conversion rates.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and report on key metrics and ROI to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that resulted in significant user acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing tools.
• Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
