About the Role\nJoin our GTM Operations team as a Senior Manager to optimize and accelerate the strategic efforts of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You will iterate on commercial processes, ensure clear data for actionable insights, and lead projects to drive effective scaling, with a specialization in Sales Operations.\n\n### Responsibilities\n- Lead the annual planning and ongoing management of sales territories, quotas, and commission plans to drive performance and align with company objectives.\n- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance and productivity, providing actionable insights and recommendations.\n- Iterate and improve processes within commercial teams, ensuring clear data for actionable insights.\n- Lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring the organization scales effectively.\n\n### Requirements\n- Proven experience in GTM Operations, with a specialization in Sales Operations.\n- Demonstrated experience working effectively with both Marketing and Sales teams.\n- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth sales performance and productivity analysis.\n- Experience with core sales operations pillars, including commissions, territories, and analytics.\n- Ability to lead and deliver projects from conception through to completion.\n\n### Work Arrangement\nThis is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in the UK.
