Senior GTM Systems Salesforce Engineer

About the Role

Join Camunda as a Senior GTM Systems Salesforce Engineer to architect, build, and optimize our critical Go-To-Market systems, ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions within the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.) to support GTM processes.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for integrations between Salesforce and other critical GTM systems (e.g., Marketing Automation, Data Warehouses).
• Develop high-quality, scalable Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and flows to meet evolving business needs.
• Manage data integrity, security models, and governance standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical specifications and actionable development plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Engineer, with significant experience in a Senior capacity.
• Proven expertise in developing custom solutions using Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Triggers, and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for performance optimization.
• Strong experience designing and implementing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) required; Platform Developer II (PD2) or relevant Administrator certifications are highly desirable.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools for Salesforce development (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.
