Senior Immigration Specialist

Join Deel as a Senior Immigration Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing global mobility for Europe and Africa, impacting millions of people's working lives at the forefront of the global work revolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end immigration and global mobility lifecycle for non-nationals in Europe and Africa, including work authorization, visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Ensure timely and accurate case completion, adhering to SLAs and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations in assigned countries.
• Assess right-to-work requirements for Employee of Records (EORs) and process immigration applications.
• Liaise with local providers and authorities to complete immigration assessments and submissions.
• Provide expert support to EORs and clients on mobility-related inquiries.
• Audit, maintain, and update internal and external mobility knowledge.
• Deliver outstanding client service through proactive case management and clear communication.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in global mobility or immigration roles, specifically with European and/or African countries.
• Proven experience with immigration vendor management.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong knowledge of global relocation and immigration compliance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to manage mobility and immigration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in managing complex mobility cases.
• Experience with policy development and process optimization.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with EMEA immigration laws and adapt to regulatory changes.
