Senior Implementation Engineer

About the Role

Join our Professional Services team as a Senior Implementation Engineer to drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform, ensuring our clients' long-term success. This role is ideal for technically skilled communicators who excel at guiding customers through complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for Clutch products, ensuring client success.
• Drive the design, configuration, and delivery of Clutch’s platform tailored to client specifications.
• Gather detailed requirements, build out the platform, and facilitate comprehensive testing.
• Lead client projects independently, guiding them from kickoff to successful go-live.
• Continuously improve team documentation, processes, and develop new tools to enhance efficiency.
• Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and identify pragmatic solutions for complex integration problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
• 3+ years of professional experience integrating with web APIs.
• Ability to read, write, and understand code in multiple programming languages, including Python, JSON, and experience with GitHub and terminal commands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable leading technical discussions and client meetings.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration challenges.
• Self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Superior time management skills to effectively manage multiple external customer projects simultaneously.
• A passion for working with people and the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Node.js.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
